    Resolved

    The earlier issue affecting some of our sub-processors — including email, map services, and SMS notifications — has now been resolved. Google has restored service, and all impacted features are operating normally.

    There was no impact to loyalty or gift card transactional services unless your point-of-sale systems were directly hosted on Google Cloud.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding during this interruption.

    Please be advised that some of DataCandy’s sub-processors are currently experiencing issues, potentially affecting email, map services, and SMS notifications. This is due to an ongoing outage with Google, which is impacting those partners.
    Important: There is no impact to loyalty or gift card transactional services, unless your point-of-sale or eCommerce systems are hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.
    We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
