As of April 15, 2025, merchants using the outdatedDataCandy Gift and/or Loyalty application on payment terminals will experience service interruptions due to an outdated terminal software version. To restore service and prevent future disruptions, impacted merchants must download and install the latest version of the DataCandy terminal application.
Important: This applies only to merchants using the DataCandy application on payment terminals. No action is required if you use the solution on your POS system. If your terminal is no longer supported, please contact your payment processor to request a replacement. We appreciate your attention to this update.
