Update:
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Monday, May 6, 2025, to retire the legacy domain tpv.datacandy.com, which is associated with the end-of-life version of the DataCandy terminal application.
This change is part of the previously communicated update to the DataCandy Gift and Loyalty application used on payment terminals.
⚠️ Impact:
Merchants still using the older version of the DataCandy terminal application that communicates with tpv.datacandy.com may experience service interruption starting May 6.
To avoid impact, please ensure your terminal is running the latest version of the DataCandy application and is configured to communicate with the new endpoint:

📌 This change affects only terminals using the outdated application. No action is needed for merchants using DataCandy on POS systems.
